  • Applicant's Notification to Owner - Form PA 1/16

    To be completed when an application for development permission is submitted on behalf of a person who is not the sole owner of the property relative to which the application refers.
  • Application For Development Permission

    This sample form describes the fields that would need to be completed when filling in the actual online form.
  • Application for Planning Control

    To be completed to request changes to planning parameters for an area.
  • Application for Removal of Structural Danger - Form PA 7B/16

    To be completed when physical interventions are required to remove danger from a property.
  • Cancellation, Postponement, Waiver, Reduction of a Registered Hypothec (Form C)

    When the hypothec is fully paid, the Bank will withdraw the hypothec so that the property will be free from any liability. The creditor may also waive one property and keep the hypothec on another property. In such cases the notary will have to file the note of reference with this application so that hypothec is changed or removed.
  • Caution on a Registered Title (Form D)

    This Form is used when there is a dispute on a particular property.
  • Change of Applicant Form - Form PA 3A/16

    To be completed to inform the Authority that the applicant for the case is changing.
  • Change of Perit Form - Form PA 2A/16

    To be completed so as to notify the Planning Authority when a different perit will start being responsable for a case.
  • Commencement Notice - Form PA 1/19

    To be completed at least 5 days prior to commencement of a development, in order to inform the Authority of the intention to carry out works.

    Failure to serve the Commencement Notice or to serve it within the required timeframe shall result in the imposition of fines according to Schedule D of LN 277 of 2012, or its amendments, or its replacements.
  • Condominium - Notice of Appointment, Change or Re-appointment of the Administrator (Form 1)

    The common parts of a block of flats may be regulated by the Condominium Act. The owners of the block may call a General Meeting and vote for an administrator. The administrator chosen will then be registered at Land Registry.
